Join us for the first session of this new event series at the Mulvane—Art Chats: A Closer Look. Art Chats are informal, discussion-based explorations of artwork currently on view at the Mulvane. For this inaugural event, we'll be taking a closer look at ICONIC: Sports Photography by Walter Iooss Jr. Michael Allen, Exhibition Coordinator at the Mulvane, will join Washburn University professor Kara Kendall-Morwick and photographer and photojournalist Nick Krug for a discussion of three photographs in the exhibition. We'll discuss photographs featuring sports icons Dwight Clark, Serena Williams, and Yogi Berra. This event is free and open to the public. All are welcome!
